Puptown Lounge Hilliard

We have been coming to Puptown for years and their service has always been exceptional. They will care for your pup the way you would.Their staff is amazing and always act so happy to see my pup😊🐶

My dog is well loved and has a blast here! She always comes home exhausted from full days of play. I like that they have such flexible hours and bundles to save money on daycare. The staff is very nice here. Drop off and pick up is super quick and reserving daycare days online is easy.

Our pup absolutely LOVES coming to Puptown! We use them for everything; Daycare for energy release/socialization, boarding for trips, and grooming for upkeep. The staff is fantastic and they take SUCH great care of the dogs. Our Rosie girl used to be so anxious about new places/people/animals, and now she is overjoyed to leave me in the lobby and go join her friends! The grooming department also does an amazing job, doodles are work to upkeep and she comes out looking good as new every single time.

We have boarded our dogs here on multiple occasions over the past few years and have had nothing but great experiences. Our pups love it and the staff are friendly and helpful. We also get our dogs haircut here and are very pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
